EASY CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS

300 ml Fresh milk

300 ml Water

200 g EZ’S BEST WHIPPING CREAM POWDER

1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

1 cup Condensed milk

METHOD

  1. Using an electric mixer whisk EZ’S BEST WHIPPING CREAM POWDER with 3/4 cup water and milk until soft peaks.
  2. Turn electric mixer to low and add in cold condensed milk and vanilla. In a separate bowl dissolve cocoa powder in the remaining 1/4 cup water and pour into the mixture.
  3. Speed up mixer to high and whisk until mixture is thick.
  4. Transfer into an airtight container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight to set.
