Organized by Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. (FCBAI), the 11th International Exhibition on Bakery, Confectionery and Foodservice Equipment and Supplies was held last Feb 15-17, 2019 at the World Trade Center, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Over 170 exhibitors brought top speakers, booths, and over 170 exhibitors to showcase fresh new flavors, ideas, healthy options, and innovative baking styles. The three-day event, Bakery Fair 2019, showcased the biggest trade show in the baking and food service industry. Thousands flocked to the venue, which only proved the growing interest of the public in baked goods.

During this event, we highlight brands such as Bensdorp, Barry Callebaut, Gelita and Doehler. Also, we were recognized as the “Best Booth”.
