“11th International Exhibition on Bakery, Confectionery and Foodservice Equipment and Supplies”

Organized by Filipino-Chinese Bakery Association, Inc. (FCBAI),

Over 170 exhibitors assembled to bring newer, better and healthier baking, confectionery, food service, equipment, and supplies. On their 9th international exhibit last 2017, the Bakery Fair set a new record with over 25,000 visitors and sold out booths. They brought the fair to Davao in 2018 where free seminars and the impressive cake decorating competition were administered. This year, Bakery Fair came back in Manila and brought together top speakers, booths, and over 170 exhibitors showcasing fresh new flavors, ideas, healthy options, and innovative baking styles.


In this 3-day event, Innovatrade showcased well-known brands: BARRY CALLEBAUT, BENSDORP, GELITA, and DOEHLER.


We held an in-booth demonstration by Chef Agnes Borromeo and mainstage demonstration by Chef Gene Gonzalez.


We also partnered with Baker’s Bounty to do a short talk about Collagen Peptides.
