The first-ever Baking Convention transpired last October 5-7, 2018 at J Center Convention Hall.

BAKERY WORLD 2018 highlighted the best bread & pastries from Cebu, and also different supplies, equipment, packaging needs, and services.

The show aimed to showcase technological advances and techniques in baking and enable players to learn industry trends and opportunities.

MCCI also invited bakers from Korea to share the latest technology they use and their best practices.

 

During this 3-day event, Innovatrade showcased well-known brands: BARRY CALLEBAUT, BENSDORP, GELITA, and DOEHLER.

 

In-booth demonstration by Chef Agnes Borromeo and Chef Gene Gonzalez demonstrated recipes with Collagen Peptides.
