INGREDIENTS
30 g cocoa powder
60 g fresh milk
100 g EZ’s best whipping cream powder
562 ml water
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp vanilla
METHOD
1. In a small saucepan over heat dissolve cocoa powder in water. Add in whisked Fresh milk and EZ’S BEST WHIPPING POWDER.
2. When everything is completely dissolved mix in sugar, cornstarch, salt, and vanilla. Continue mixing over heat for 10 minutes or until thick.
3. Divide into six popsicle molds. Secure popsicle sticks and freeze until firm for at least 4 hours.
4. For the chocolate shell, melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave, stir until smooth. Unmold popsicles, then drizzle with chocolate shell, sprinkle with cookie crumbs, and freeze until chocolate sets.
