INGREDIENTS
300 ml fresh milk
300 ml water
200 g EZ’s best whipping cream powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup condensed milk
METHOD
- Using an electric mixer whisk EZ’S BEST WHIPPING CREAM POWDER with 3/4 cup water and milk until soft peaks.
- Turn electric mixer to low and add in cold condensed milk and vanilla. In a separate bowl dissolve cocoa powder in the remaining 1/4 cup water and pour into the mixture.
- Speed up mixer to high and whisk until mixture is thick.
- Transfer into an airtight container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight to set.
