INGREDIENTS
1 3/4 cup skimmed milk powder
1/4 cup EZ’s best cocoa powder
1 cup powder sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
METHOD
1. Combine milk powder, EZ’S BEST COCOA POWDER and powder sugar in a bowl, then sift together.
2. Bind with milk until when blended and form into a soft dough. Form into desired size and roll in granulated sugar, then wrap in glassine paper.
