INGREDIENTS
224 g cream cheese
1 cup condensed milk
1 can (825g) fruit cocktail
1 cup colored marshmallow
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/23 cup maraschino cherries
50g EZ’s best whipping cream powder
100 ml fresh milk
METHOD
1. In a large bowl beat the cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth; Mix in the fruit cocktail and 3/4 of the marshmallow.
2. Using an electric mixed whisk the EZ’S BEST WHIPPING CREAM POWDER and milk, and fold into the fruit cocktail mixture.
3. Top the salad with the remaining marshmallow, nuts, and cherries.
4. Chill for 15 minutes then serve.
