Is a pure protein and a natural foodstuff. It is translucent, colorless, brittle (when dry) flavorless food derived from the skins of pigs and cows or from demineralized animal bones – all of which are approved for human consumption by the veterinary authorities.

Applications: Emulsifier and stabilizer in dairy products and desserts. The basis for hard and soft gelatin capsules.
