Description: Hen egg whole was homogenized, pasteurized, powdered. Whole egg powder is produced from whole eggs by a spray-drying method.

Application: Mayonnaise, various sauces, bakery preparations such as biscuits or similar, salted patisserie, sandwiches, pasta and ravioli, nutrition bars, chocolates, ready mixes for patisserie and bakery, dehydrate creams.
