- The product can be applied e.g. in emulsified meat systems such as Frankfurter, Lyoner, Liver Sausages, whole muscle meat (cooked ham) and canned meat products. Also it can be used in
various pet food applications like wet, semi moist and dried pet food. The dosage depends on the specific application but is typically between 0.5 – 3.0% in “wet” applications.
